Why couldn't you get out of the delivery business, and request that they
pick up at your shop?
Swap lamps for check. I've even had luck getting out of the painting
business by
having contractor handle all but prime coat. I need to be blacksmithing ,
not
all these other trades, including installer. As a supplier, versus a sub-
contractor, you are not subject to Workman's Comp. and retainage.
Added benefit..... they get to see what else you can do on your turf.
Helps if it is July.... 100 d +
We're blacksmiths. Crass is acceptable and expected.
