[TheForge] repair tapped sleeve finished

Thanks to everyone who replied. The threads in the worn sleeve weren't the 
problem, there were still plenty of threads to do the job. The wall of the 
sleeve needed to be rebuilt so that the attaching part could be held in the 
correct alignment. I had 6 sleeves to repair. Four of them I repaired by 
screwing in a brass bolt, welding a little, turn the bolt, weld a little... I 
tried to keep the puddle away from the bolt. This worked quite well, it took 
about 15 - 20 minutes each. The other two were too far gone. I burned, 
chiseled and ground them out of a sort of blind hole in a lokation that 
couldn't be drilled and put in a new sleeve. Those two took 6 hours.
