	These are for soft materials such as aluminum.  I forget what
	they are called.  The tap hole is wider than a cutting tap
	and you essentially force (forge) the material into the thread
	space.  It makes for a very strong thread, which can be needed
	moreso in softer materials.

	I can't believe I've eforgotten the name... it's on the tip
	of my tongue.  Sheesh.  Senility sucks.
