[TheForge] preheating forge blower air

Great Idea. Something else to munch on. One would have
to entrain the smoke so that it gets mixed with
sufficent oxygen. My guess is that by the time the
smoke leaves the fire, a lot of the O2 is gone. Not
sure I would want to put that smoke or the heat
through my blower.
I will look it up. A smokeless fire would be fine with
me.
