[TheForge] preheating forge blower air

Slightly related is the idea from Richardson's Practical Blacksmithing.
The drawing shows an arrangement to catch the dense smoke given off when
starting a coal fire and guide the smoke back to the inlet of the
blower. Exhaust gas recirculation. The smoke burns nicely and no smoke
should escape.
