[TheForge] "download certain characters" (WAS: Bradley Hammers...)

Yes, it is from someone who set their computer to use a certain character
set that others, like myself, do not have. The system tries to download the
characters so we can see the original message. I say to cancel the download
and it prints the message in the current character set of my computer (and
most others).
