Find a local provider.  Find someone who you can reach on the phone, and who 
actually cares about customer service.  Always avoid the big carriers unless you 
*need* nation-wide dialin service.

There advantage to the big providers.  And avoid anyone who's $9.95 a month. 
That's too low to provide good service.  I know, I've done the ISP game.
