[TheForge] resharpening hammer drill chisels

We have been sharpening the hand held air/electric hammer chisels and points in
the shop I work in for quite some time. We bring them up to heat and reforge
them by hand, grind while there is still color in the bit, then lay them under
the forge to cool. At the end of the day we heat just the tip of the tool to a
dull cherry red then quench in oil. This works for us. The drills have carbide
bits and can be done on a green wheel, but I've never had any luck.
