Ralph;

Pick up some sodium bisulfate (pool additive). Mix some up in a plastic
pail. Get a medium soft scotchbrite pad. Dip and scrub. Will take a few
passes to get it but it will clean up. When done spray with soapy water and
rinse well. (inside and out)

Maybe do the Brillo pad treatment too.
