Yes... give to those who NEED it, scripture is clear on that. It is
also clear NOT to give to those who just won't work.

1 Thess 3:10   For even when we were with you, we gave you this rule:
"If a man will not work, he shall not eat."

   I've been down and I've been up, it was always my own doing. I grew
up in the city, I choose to live in the country and I paid to get here
and stay here. It would be far easier to move to town and pay rent.
What I pay in mortgage and taxes would afford me a nicer place than I
live in.  MY  CHOICE...  Get it?   We all make our choices and if you
choose to sit and wait for someone to save you.....
