What weight is your ram? Id love 240 bpm, mines more like 130 Im thinking of
going to a 2 1/2" cylinder, my ram is 95#+ so I think the 2" is a little
stretched.

but not so with the uhmw.I built my hammer with the Larry Zoeller plans and
have now changed to a 2"dia cylinder and have a valve with 3/8" ports and
1/2" hose connecting all the things together and the little hammer now runs
at 240 beats per minute
