[TheForge] Oxygen/Acetylene Cylinder Tracking

for what purpose? seem like  allot of work and $ just know where in a very
large area a cylinder is. when I get mine filled or replace there has never
been and # recorded and most the time It's a cash sale  the only thing that
anyone would know is that it was bought there. the welding shop is 30 min
from my house .
