I had some stainless steel flares made by the guy listed at Ron Reil's
site (can't think of his name right now).  I'll see if I can get a
measure on the angle, or the dia of the throat, mouth and the length
in between.  Then you can use your algebra skills and do some
cypherin' (as Jethro of the Clampets used to say).

Here is the info:
    Starting diameter: 1-1/16"
    Ending diameter:  1-1/8"
    Length:  3"
