Slow RPM, lots of coolant, steady, constant pressure on the bit.
Same as with steel, but you may want to spin the bit even slower
than with even an air-hardening steel, as
copper/brass/bronze/aluminum can get "grabby" as all get-out if you
try and cut too fast.
