Here in the States it's sold by many ceramics suppliers, which is your best
place to start your search down in NZ. US headquarters for the outfit is:

If you have potters down there, which I'm sure you do, you can probably
find it through the supply houses. It is an infrared reflector that is a
surface treatment for your forge liner and, so I'm told, works as well
coated on bricks or hard refractory as it does painted onto Kaowool or
Kaoboard. What it is not is a patching material or surface
binder/stiffener for the ceramic wool (Kaowool or other brand).
