Jeff,
I had some reliability problems with my first "low end helmets". I am 
now using an Optrel. It's Swiss I believe and quite excellent. The model 
I have was around $170/$180.

Somehow I figured you had already negotiated with your dealer on the 
185. Weld in good health!!
