Saw a couple of nice hand forged ones that returned from Europe from the
ABANA tour at show and tell at the last Guild of Metalsmiths meeting.

At a recent demo Doug Merkel stated the easiest way is to buy them from a
wood workers supply catalog and then make a custom handle
