[TheForge] heating copper in a forge

I used to worry about this - especially since the only way to really
decontaminate a propane forge would be to reline it. But I have done a few
penny welds with copper wire and never noticed that it interfered with my
forge welds.
I have also (accidentally) put galvanised steel in the forge and not found
that this caused a problem either.
