[TheForge] heating copper in a forge

I can't recall the spot where I'd read this, but I remember a story about I 
believe Francis Whitaker who was asked that same question. He'd just 
finished working with some copper and his response was "Lets see..." and 
then proceeded to do a forge weld in the fire without tearing it down and 
without problems.

All this is subject to my fallible memory, but that was what I recall.
