[Test-Equipment] replacement CRT for HP 8563E

Hi Gene!

Prior to posting, I had reviewed the LCD option.

Unlike the conversion for later units, the conversion kit for the
8563E required
extensive irreversible reworking of the board and I was concerned about the
potential for disaster there , Even in the hands of a  commercial shop..
Also the cost was not insignificant.

I'm away at a meeting tonight, but will post the links I had discovered
prior to my original post to the list once I return home and have access to
them.
