[Test-Equipment] Need recommendations for an HC-6 & FT-243 tester

Hi, Doug

I would recommend the "Crystal Correlation Test Oscillator,"
which appeared in Nov. 1973 QST.

It has the advantage of testing using the standard 32pF parallel capacitance.
I would using two of the circuits, one with an FT-243 socket
and one for an HC-6/U socket. (each circuit uses only 2 transistors).

With this circuit, there is no measurement of Xtal activity, just frequency.
