Hi Floyd,
I've got an HP 141T SA with an external tracking generator for sale. It goes up to 1300 MHz and is solid state. I was going to put it on EBAY but your email came up. I was going to list them both for $450 plus shipping but I could drop the price to $400 + shipping. Let me know if you are interested.
