[Test-Equipment] Spectrum Analyzer W/Tracking Generator

My definition of perfect as used with this statement about the one I missed
on eBay is this:

1. Was in good operating condition.
2. Cosmetically good condition.
3. No issues and will cover 2 meters plus more.
4. Was marked as a Spectrum Analyzer so you did not have to wonder if it was
one.
5. Has Tracking Generator markings so you did not have to wonder if it had
one.
6. Was not so old as to have tubes.
7. Solid state and complete.
8. In my price range of $400
9. Reasonable shipping.

Most all of them I see meet all these specifications except the price. I do
see them in my price range some of the time, but not all the time. Snipers
always beat me at the last minute by a dollar or two so far.
