[Test-Equipment] Spectrum Analyzer W/Tracking Generator

I want to buy a Spectrum Analyzer W/Tracking Generator that is capable of
tuning a 2 Meter Duplexer for a 2 Meter Repeater down to a 600 KC
separation.

 

I am a disabled veteran on Social Security and can't afford those thousands
of dollars on eBay. However, I missed a perfect one on eBay who sniped my
$400 bid and I lost it by $1.
