[Test-Equipment] Who makes this SMA Thumb Wheel?

Hi Nigel:

Looking at the images I was about to buy one, but after checking the outside diameter of the wrench (0.75") and the ID 
of the hole in the DAGR GPS (0.53") decided against it.
