[Test-Equipment] Who makes this SMA Thumb Wheel?

Hi:
The DAGR GPS receiver has the SMA antenna jack (J3) in a hole and so needs a special SMA thumb wheel that reaches into
the hole.
I'm trying to find out who makes that plastic SMA thumb wheel. An example is on the DAGR to RA-1 antenna cable:

The NSN goes to Rockwell Collins, but I doubt they actually make it.
