[Test-Equipment] Information wanted- Marconi TF783 Precision Heterodyne Wavemeter

This is a very old and very large and heavy instrument- its panel height is 
roughly 24 inches and its about 19 inch rack width.
It is currently under threat from its owner to be sacrifced to provide a 
supply of BA screws. I am trying to get enough information about it to 
prevent this from happening.
