[Test-Equipment] Usefulness of some found capacitors

Hi Doug,

I used a 500K uF 15Vdc Al electrolytic right the 12Vdc power input
to my IC-706 ham HF rig in my truck.  Without that cap, my voice peaks
would draw enough current thru the 12 ft of #12 AWG from the battery to
cause the voltage at the radio to drop to the point that it would
distort my transmitted signal.

This would be a good application for your caps, except for their low
voltage rating.  I'd not expect them to last last long in a mobile
radio application, where the applied voltage regularly exceeds 14.5V.
They'd be great for a 6V system, if you have an early 60's car :=P.
