[Test-Equipment] Usefulness of some found capacitors

I've recently come across maybe a group of GE capacitors:
# 88F381AM  Screw Terminal  200,000 uFD  10 WVDC 15V surge
Wanting to ask technicians what these might be useful for, I thought thislist might be the place to ask this.  I would appreciate any thoughts relatedto either using these for some useful purpose or helpful in getting them intothe hands of someone who needs them.
For example, someone once told me that in operating Field Day from a battery,a few capacitors could be configured to remain charged and ease the burden ofsurge currents experienced whenever the transmitter cut in.  I've heard of thisbeing done to start large motor driven models.
