[Test-Equipment] S-1318A Signal Generator

I have a Motorola Solid State Signal Generator that I don't see any Model
Number on anywhere. Someone told me that it is a S-1318A. I don't know if
that is true or not??? Does anyone have a link to download a .PDF file
manual on it? I had a link and when I went to it I had to join and then it
just kept downloading all kinds of programs and never got to the S-1318A
Manual. So I am looking for a better link.

 

Also It does not have a Pad on the RF Output. Is it necessary? Should I be
looking for one? If so can anyone give me the correct nomenclature, Model,
etc. so that I can get the correct one for the Signal Generator?
