[Test-Equipment] AIL 460 Sig Gen update and questions

Good idea...and the other two caps bypassing Vcc to ground are marked "68",
and just below it a "+" (I'm assuming that indicates the plus terminal),
and next to the + is a 6.

68 uf seems a lot for a bypass cap on this 5V line, so maybe 6.8?  And the
6...6 volts?  That seems cutting it close on a 5 V buss, but...

        Thoughts?
