Ed Wetherhold, W3NQN sells a kit for a passive audio filter for CW that gets
rave reviews on eham:

If you want to build filters from scratch, Ed has written a bunch of QST
articles. You have to be an ARRL member to access them, but that's well
worth the $35. Just enter his name and call sign in the appropriate box on
the ARRL search page, select QST, and leave everything else blank. The
search function will bring up all of Ed's articles, going back to the stone
age-he is a really old timer.
