[Test-Equipment] Anyone with a precision C meter?

The original standard was a custom-built can rated at 800V and was
probably good to 0.1% or better. They don't stock replacements for this
anymore (built in the'60s?). That's what I'm trying to duplicate.
To what tolerance can you check it?
