[Test-Equipment] Strange WWV device by Projects Unlimited

Looks like a WWV receiver/comparitor.
    Antenna on back takes in WWV signals, amplifies, filters, and mixes 
down to IF frequency.
Also, it compares the WWV signal with an RF signal on the input (front 
panel) and produces beat notes that
can either be heard or if very low in frequency observed on the magic eye 
tube. 5 and 10 MHz wwv signal can be regenerated by mixing
455 IF back with crystal oscillator. I don't know how this specific 
receiver/comparitor works.
