What's interesting is that it seems to be a duplicate of the Browning Laboratories
Model RH-10, judging by the controls layout.

I never found any info on the Browning, so would be interested in seeing any info
that turns up on the Projects Unlimited box.

I've come across a strange receiver by Projects Unlimited, called a P-1375 Frequency Comparator. I've found one hit from a ham in Europe with a P-1376 and they look virtually identical. If anyone has any data, documentation, circuitry, etc. on this, please get in touch. Picture on request.
