[Test-Equipment] Strange WWV device by Projects Unlimited

   I think the magic eye tube may be a clue.
I have a Lavoie WWV receiver comparator.
It has a little CRT that allows you to observe very close to zero beat notes.
A magic eye tube would perform the same function.
   I can't see the labels on the front panel so it is not easy to determine 
the
actual function of the device you have.
