[Test-Equipment] source for HP 411A probe tips?

I'm in need of probe tips for an HP 411A RF millivoltmeter. Ideally I'd like to find a complete probe tip kit with space diode cartridge, HP stock number 411A-21G.

Failing that, a lead on a source for 130 pF 1% caps would be appreciated. That's the input coupling capacitance needed by the 411A diode cartridge.
