[Test-Equipment] H-P Fuse Holder Cap

I am looking for the fuse holder cap (which doubles as the negative probe
jack when measuring current) 
for a Hewlett-Packard Model 3468 (or 3478) digital multimeter.

For what it's worth the HP part number is 2110-0665. It is listed on the HP
website, but I can't get them 
to accept an order from me.
