Both work fine, the 403A is in very good cosmetic condition.  The 403B is in good cosmetic condition


HP 8405A Vector Voltmeter + service manual

This item is not operational.  It needs tiny diodes in the probes and I
have lost the fine motor skills needed to effect a repair.

All will be priced to "go away."

I'll also have several 250 degree sweep "switchboard" meters.

Look for us in a full-sized "Refrigerator White" Ford van with a platform on the roof, a green canopy and a little blonde girl.
