I see that you have two possibilities.
One is to take the output of one PTS with the it set to 14 MHZ and just change the .999999 MHz digits.
That will produce the 14.000000 to 1.999999 MHz needed to go into the first decade module.
Or you can take the output of the last DM module and put it into the first DM module of the second one.

I have been thinking of cascading two PTS synthesizers to add lots more

Has anyone tried it?

Now there's a thought.

I don't suppose you could actually cascade two complete synthesizers, I
don't see any way for example that you could drive the second one with the
output of the first, as the second would still need to start with a 10MHz
reference and generate all the appropriate internal signals, including the high
frequency sections and the picket fence generator.

However, it would be very interesting to consider what might happen if you
were to add some extra DM modules.
I'm not sure whether or not it would be feasible but it would certainly be
worth trying one extra module for starters, and if that works then
cascading the complete DM section of a second unit onto an existing one.

I think though that I'd like to take a look at it on paper first but I'm
off to wild and windy Orkney for a few days to celebrate Hogmenanny in good
ole Scots Viking fashion so will take a look at it when I return, assuming
of course that I can still see anywhere near straight:-)
