[Test-Equipment] FS: Heathkit IM-21

In have a factory wired IM-21 AC VTVM that is excess to my needs. 

Cosmetic condition is excellent. Functionally it works, though I haven't 
tested it thoroughly (I applied a 1V/1KHz signal and verified operation 
on the 1V and 10V scales). There are no test leads. I will include a pdf 
of the manual of the IM-38 (same VTVM in a different color scheme) 
on a CD (paid $18 for it).
