I think the hard part is the 800 Volts part. If you can get by with
a lower voltage, such as 300 or 450 Volts, I would try to find five 10
uF capacitors that add up to 50 or slightly less and use paper
capacitors to make it up to the final value.
This is assuming 1/4% is not a problem, which with me would be the
biggest problem.
