[Test-Equipment] WTD: Help with old scope problem

As was pointed out earlier this afternoon, the input impedance of the 
Simpson 260 configured for 5KV is 0.1 Tera Ohm, a full order of magnitude higher 
than a standard VTVM or any of the common digital junk.
