Per several requests, I'm copying the list.

Those were measured with the Horiz Disp set at X5, correct?

Please measure the same point with the Horiz Disp set at X1 and see if you
can get about the -12 & +3.5 at pin 8 at the Horiz Pos limits by
manipulating the rear panel Mag Center pot.
