[Test-Equipment] Another boat anchor - Del Electric High voltage supply?

Eimac/CPI specifically recommends against using an AC high voltage
test for the 4CV100000 and 4CV250000 series tubes.

This is a bit important to us, as we use the 4CV250000
tubes in our transmitters here at work.

I see Eimac also doesn't recommend AC high voltage testing
for certain other tubes, as well.  See page 2 at:

I suspect that caution is applicable to only a few select
users.
