You got it sir!

When you get into those "significantly higher levels", safety procedures 
and measures keep us "frail" humans from becoming part of the past when 
things don't go "right".

Everyone always talks about "Murphy's Law".  We had an "in-house" 
"O'toole's Law".  Simply stated, Murphy was an optimist!

I had the misfortune to be present when a "fool" connected a 120/208 
phase rotation meter on the WRONG side of the potential transformers.  
He survived, but suffered from brain issues from then on.  It makes one 
wonder if all the life-saving methods are "really" to be automatically 
used.  I know he can't work any more.
