[Test-Equipment] Another boat anchor - Del Electric High voltage supply?

Yeah, I do recall using RG-8 for hipotting, although it's been over
a decade now.  I was just thinking of the voltage rating listed in
the specs for RG-8 - and that's an RMS value at RF, not mains freq.
