[Test-Equipment] Scope help needed!!!!

OK, you have a problem with your 7B53a.

D/L the manual and follow the troubleshooting pages. BUT still check that
the PS voltages are OK before you waste a lot of time.

You also might try rotating the Time/Div (and other) switchs from stop to
stop a dozen or so times. The cam switch may be dirty.
