[Test-Equipment] 2uF 5% Capacitors?

???? Are you SURE?
50 VDC, 2 uF, 2%, and ELECTROLYTIC??
I find that pretty hard to believe. Electrolytics are usually nowhere near
that kind of tolerance. I don't think it's even possible.
It's much more likely to be a film cap.
What does it say on it? Why do you think it's bad?
