[Test-Equipment] PRD HARRIS 2219-hh infos

My foggy recollection about the PRD 2219 is that this instrument had  
no GR equivalent.  I believe the GR 1602 was a completely different  
animal that was good up to, maybe 1 GHz.  The 1602 worked well at much  
lower freqs. than the 2219.  I made many successful rf resistance  
measurements on diodes with the GR 1602 30-40 years ago, and still  
have one in perfect condition I picked up at a hamfest.  Cheers,
